Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout before payment. All rates are calculated based on weight, destination, and service level.
Where We Ship & Estimated Delivery Times
We ship worldwide, except where prohibited by law or where carriers do not operate.

Order Processing Time
We aim to process all orders within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.

During high-volume periods (e.g., holidays, sales), processing times may be extended by 1–2 days.

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.

We are not responsible for any delays, losses, or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
Tracking & Delivery Confirmation
Once shipped, all orders include tracking. You will receive an automated email with a tracking number and link to monitor your shipment in real time.
Rozal Active LLC is not liable for:

Delays caused by the carrier or customs

Lost packages due to address errors provided by the customer

Theft, damage, or misdelivery after carrier confirmation of delivery
Delivery Acceptance
By placing an order, you authorize the shipping carrier to deliver your package to the shipping address provided and to release it to any individual present at that address.
We are not liable for packages lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
Shipping Insurance
Rozal Active LLC does not automatically provide insurance for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If you wish to add insurance coverage, please contact us before completing your purchase.
Once an order has shipped and is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage.
Customs, Duties & Import Fees
For international shipments, import duties, VAT, and customs clearance fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges:

Are the sole responsibility of the customer

Must be paid to the local authority or carrier upon delivery

Are non-refundable, including on returned or refused shipments
Customs clearance may cause delays beyond the estimated delivery timeline. Rozal Active LLC has no control over these procedures.
Delivery Refusal or Non-Collection
If a shipment is refused or not collected and is returned to us:

We will deduct all shipping, return, and customs costs from your refund

A restocking fee of up to 10% of the order value may also apply
Undeliverable Packages
If your order is undeliverable due to an invalid or incomplete address:

We will contact you to request updated information

If we receive no response within 7 business days, the order will be cancelled and refunded (less any applicable fees)
Partial Shipments
We may, at our discretion, split your order into multiple shipments to expedite delivery. This may occur if items are backordered, pre-ordered, or fulfilled from different warehouse locations.
You will only be charged once for shipping, and you will receive tracking information for each package.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to countries or territories subject to U.S. economic sanctions or embargoes, or where carrier service is unavailable.
Orders placed to these locations will be cancelled and refunded.
Force Majeure
Rozal Active LLC shall not be held liable for any shipping delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
