We want you to love your Rozal Active purchase — but if it’s not quite right, we’re here to help. This Return & Exchange Policy outlines your rights and responsibilities when requesting a return, refund, or exchange. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Step 1 – Contact Us
Email hello@rozalactive.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.

Step 2 – Wait for Approval
Our support team will review your request within 48 business hours. If approved, we will provide return instructions.
You are responsible for return shipping costs, and you must use a trackable shipping service. Returns without a tracking number may not be processed.

Step 3 – Ship It Back
Return the item(s) in original condition to the address provided in the return approval. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days.


Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date your order was delivered, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

  • You must provide proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.


Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked as such)

  • Gift cards or store credit

  • Items that have been worn, washed, stained, damaged, or altered

  • Items returned without order identification or sender information

  • Shipping fees, customs duties, or import taxes


Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method only. Refund timelines:

We do not refund original shipping costs, customs duties, or taxes paid on delivery.


Exchanges

We offer free size and color exchanges on eligible items within the 14-day return window. Exchanges follow the same process as returns.

To request an exchange, include your preferred size or color when contacting us.

Shipping Costs for Exchanges:

  • You are responsible for the return shipping cost of the item you wish to exchange.

  • We will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you, once per order.

Tracking Required: All items being returned for exchange must be sent with a trackable shipping service. Returns without tracking are not eligible for exchange or refund if lost in transit.

Only one exchange per item is allowed. Exchanged items returned again will be eligible for store credit only.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing photos and a description of the issue.
Upon verification, we will offer either a replacement (if available) or a full refund, including return shipping, at our discretion.


Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not posted after 10 business days:

  1. Re-check your bank or credit card account

  2. Contact your card provider or financial institution

  3. Email us at hello@rozalactive.com for assistance


Return Address

Return instructions and the correct return address will be provided in your approval email.
Do not send items to our warehouse without authorization. Unauthorized returns may be lost or rejected and will not be refunded.


International Returns

Customers outside the United States are responsible for all return shipping charges, customs fees, and taxes.
We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as Rozal Active LLC is not liable for returns lost in transit.


Abuse of Return Policy

To prevent misuse of our return and exchange system, Rozal Active LLC reserves the right to:

  • Refuse returns that show signs of wear or abuse

  • Limit returns or exchanges for repeat offenders

  • Deny refunds or block future purchases in the case of fraud or excessive return activity

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll resolve the issue.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Yes, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A valid tracking number is required to process your refund.

Can I return an item after the 14-day period?

Unfortunately, no. The return window closes 14 days from the delivery date, and we are unable to make exceptions.

My refund hasn’t been processed. What should I do?

Check your spam folder for confirmation emails. If it has been more than 10 business days, contact us for an update.
